Currently Full I am a caring, dedicated professional with many years of experience in working with individuals, families, and groups. I have worked with individuals from early childhood to older adults to provide guidance regarding many different diagnoses, life events, and family stressors. Personal and professional experiences allow me to work with people in a genuine, judgment and pressure free manner that makes people feel very comfortable. Others have described me as compassionate, thoughtful, and with an appropriate, fun sense of humor. I have been told that I am easy to talk to and am very understanding. , Experience: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders, behavioral issues, trauma, interpersonal/relationship, adolescent difficulties, divorce/separations, self-harm, Developmental Disabilities, Attachment issues/RAD, and many others. I utilize various approaches including Talk, Cognitive, Client-Centered, and Play therapy. I am certified in CBT. , *CURRENTLY FULL* I honor and recognize the difficulty that some may experience in considering the option of engaging in therapy.
