My approach is collaborative, client-centered and strengths based. , Clinical areas of interest include depression and anxiety related to transitions, grief and loss, divorce, trauma, immigration, attachment issues and stress. Special client groups include transition-aged adults, people affected by adoption, ADHD, and parent coaching. I work across cultures and difference and integrate mindfulness practice in my work.
