Infertility treatment is isolating - you probably don\t know who to talk to, how much to share with your friends/family, and how to plan for the future when you don\t know where your treatment will lead you. If you are a new or expecting parent, you are probably also really going through it - the sleep deprivation, the ever-changing needs of your baby, and the pressure to be "the perfect family." I will help you get through this and show up in your life the way you want , I came to specialize infertility when I learned first-hand how important it is to have therapists trained in this area. I have been professionally trained to work with the perinatal and postpartum population, and with people undergoing fertility treatments. I use a social justice lens and I will provide a safe, affirming space for you. , You want a therapist that is easy to talk to and can keep up with your racing thoughts, but can also pull you back from emotional spiraling. I use warmth, empowerment, and humor to support clients in understanding themselves so they can get their mental health back on track.
