I am a Harvard-affiliated psychiatrist and MIT-trained engineer with an extensive background in psychotherapy and integrative mind-body wellness care. I believe in the motto "Mind & Hand" and the transformative power of integrative care that aims to incorporate the full biopsychosocial experience of each client and actualize lasting growth through facilitating insight, addressing root-causes, shifting paradigms, upgrading skills, and implementing measurable improvements.
