About Us

As humans we all feel "out of balance" at different times throughout our lives. This can quickly get away from us and snowball into larger issues. Sometimes, life feels like something that "happens to us" and disrupts our ability to self-regulate or grow beyond our current circumstances, leaving us feeling stuck. Most of us desire to feel empowered and able to grow beyond issues that leave us feeling "less than" or "incapable of growth." I like to work with people with an integrative approach focusing on self-healing through empowered choices and balance. Working towards: "Taking back your power to create your ideal life." , I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and couples to aid them with finding balance in their lives between their mind (thoughts/beliefs), body (physical well being) and spirit (emotional well being). Let\s work together to find "your balance." , " Everyone struggles with finding balance and with healing. While this may be difficult, it does not have to be done alone. The goal is to create positive transformation through integrative modalities to meet each person where they are at. This is done by addressing issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma and life transitions. Lets work together! "
