I have been a social worker for over 25 years. During that time I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals and families experiencing a variety of issues including trauma, addiction, grief and loss, relationship issues and stress. When left unresolved, these issues often cause other problems that prevent us from living our best lives. In therapy, we will collaborate as a team to work towards achieving your goals. I use a client-centered approach and think that developing the client-therapist relationship is essential to helping you address and alleviate the concerns you are having. , I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their lives with the right support, even in the face of great adversity. My goal is to help make you feel comfortable by providing a safe and trusting space that is non-judgmental, compassionate and warm. , My background includes providing trauma-informed care and crisis management.
