I have over 25 years of experience working with most age groups from very diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with clients who are living with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, parenting challenges, complex trauma, and body dysmorphia. I utilize approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. However most importantly, I listen carefully to my clients and adapt my approach as needed. I received my B.A. in psychology from Boston University and my MSW from Simmons University. Janice also completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Certification. , The cornerstone of my approach is developing mutual trust and the belief that change is possible for anyone.
