My name is Jenn and I have been in the social work field for 28 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. I specialize in helping clients coping with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, parental challenges and grief. The ideal client is coming to therapy motivated to work through their concerns, hear a different perspective and develop strategies to overcome these challenges. , " My therapeutic style is strengths based and I used a solution focused approach, incorporating CBT.
