My clients come to me with a desire to address issues around self-worth/self -esteem, relationship issues/divorce, perfectionism, support for the spouse or family member of an addict, and anxiety. At this time, I am no longer seeing adolescents under 18. , I use a variety of techniques such as Art, Mindfulness, Meditation, Internal Family Systems and Acceptance an Commitment Therapy. In treatment, I focus on identifying the strengths and resources (both external and internal) the client already possesses and using them towards the recovery and healing process. , In 2018, I co-founded the Pond View Mindfulness Center of Sharon. The goal of the Center is to connect individuals as well as the community, with additional pathways to healing through individual therapy, support groups and other healing modalities such as yoga, meditation and physical health.
