I currently work with children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach that draws from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also use a holistic approach- the body and mind are integrated, and I focus on overall wellness to best help your current mental health needs. I primarily conduct individual therapy, with adjunct family sessions for kids/teens when indicated.
