About Us

I am currently seeing people in my office and virtually over zoom. I specialize in parenting issues, anger management and spiritual issues. I provide support to men and fathers as they strive to become the best version of themselves. I tend to work with a lot of men who are former athletes. My background as a former high school and college athlete seems to serve our connection. The men who come see me want help in figuring out ways to channel their aggression in a healthier way and tend to be self reliant and often have a hard time asking for help. , " Men tend to be less inclined to seek out therapy because it implies that they are weak and struggling. I actually see it as a sign of strength and courage to take responsibility for whats not working. My job is to create a safe space where men can look at the hard stuff and expect to be supported and challenged. ", Looking at what is hard or painful is not fun. My primary responsibility is to help my clients make sense of the parts of life that are difficult. We do this by connecting the dots of their story so that it is coherent, integrated and hopeful.
