I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and lead happy and fulfilling lives! I earned my Bachelor’s degree as a student-athlete at Merrimack College playing football and studying sociology and clinical psychology. I then earned my Master’s in Social Work at Walden University. Before joining the team at Launch, I’ve enjoyed working within interdisciplinary teams such as PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) and serving diverse populations of all ages who struggle with mental health and/or substance use. , My specialties include: Treatment of Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Trauma informed care and Trauma related disorders (i.e. PTSD), Depressive disorders, Substance Use Disorders, ADHD, LGBTQIA support, Personality and mood related disorders, Bipolar disorders and Sports psychology. , I feel that establishing a strong therapeutic alliance is a key part of the therapy process, and therefore I use empathy and empowerment to build solid working relationships with my clients. I assess each client’s unique values and challenges and use a strength-based skills approach to promote independence and to help each individual meet their goals.
