I will integrate psychodynamic (insight-oriented) and practical (skills-based) modalities to offer you a comprehensive and individualized therapy experience. Research supports that a strong therapeutic relationship is paramount to a positive outcome, so I will be sure to foster trust between us, in order to do the difficult work that therapy requires. , I specialize in relational health, working with individuals, couples, and folks in other relationship structures. I am a certified Sex Therapist through AASECT. Areas of expertise include general sexual functioning, vaginismus/vulvodynia, infertility/pregnancy loss, libido differences in couples, and the impact of religious trauma on sexual functioning. , I also work closely with college students and young adults to navigate the complicated world of dating.
