New Daytime Openings Beginning in September 2024. When people seek out therapy for themselves or their children, they often feel overwhelmed, confused, and alone. I partner with clients to provide support during these challenging times and help them work through difficult issues. Each client comes to me with their own unique strengths and challenges. I use an individualized, non-judgmental approach to help people develop a better understanding of themselves and identify ways we can work together to help them reach their goals. , In individual therapy for adults, I use a relational approach grounded in neuroscience and an understanding of how the brain and body can be channeled to reach goals. For my younger clients, I use a play and expressive arts based approach to help them more effectively work through areas of treatment focus. I also offer parenting consultations and support. , Taking the steps required to live the life you want can be scary.
