I value you as a client. I will work together with you to form a treatment plan that aligns with your personal needs and boundaries. I feel very strongly about teaching my clients more about mental health and how to navigate mental health needs. I believe psychoeducation is an important part of helping clients feel confident and in control over their abilities to heal. I am knowledgable in variety of cognitive strategies as well as holistic and somatic approaches. In addition, I am a skilled yoga instructor that can incorporate breath work and aspects of yoga into our sessions. My treatment approach is different for each client. , I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ,and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use mindfulness, meditation, and vagal work to foster mind-body healing. I work mostly with clients experiencing C-PTSD, PTSD, addictions, anxiety, mood disorders, physical abuse, and chronic distress. , " You deserve to flourish and enjoy your life. Healing will not be an easy process but it is possible and worth it. Lets gently work together on this with compassion and understanding for the emotions and experiences you wish to heal from. I am available for day time, afternoon, and evening appointments Mondays-Thursdays. "
