I also work with clients who are experiencing stress, coping with life transitions, or need support with parenting. Another main focus of my practice is supporting individuals who are exploring their identity, including gender. , I will work with you to determine the approach that fits your needs best. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy which I integrate with other frameworks including relational and play based therapy.
