I provide a warm and welcoming environment that promotes connection and trust. Trained in the field of substance use and co-occurring mental health issues, I work with individuals and families to navigate the unstable and oftentimes devastating nature of addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges. I work collaboratively with clients and families to establish goals and find solutions that are attainable and realistic. I work with those who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, codependency, women’s issues, stress management, and life transitions. , My experience includes several clinical positions in out-patient mental health and addiction settings. Therapeutic approaches: Motivational Interviewing, Psycho-education, Mindfulness/Stress Reduction, CBT/12 step integration, self care/wellness. I welcome clients who seek medicated assisted treatment and will work collaboratively with prescribers. , Through connection and support, I offer you a safe and trusting environment in which to navigate and resolve those things you wish to change in your life.
