I work best with clients who are eager to understand themselves, their partner(s), and the world with increasing depth and clarity. Maybe you want a lot more out of life, but find certain habits and challenges keep getting in the way. I will help to reveal and release these old patterns so you can find more fulfilling ways of living and relating. 2023: I am currently accepting clients for sex therapy and/or relationship counseling only. I can help with communication, consensual non-monogamies, kink interests, gender identity, aging, disability, desire discrepancy, sexual fulfillment, shame, the impact of trauma, and more. , I have a strong background with topics such as aging, sexuality, death, trauma, and existential questions of meaning, purpose, and relatedness. I approach these hefty topics with a healthy sense of humor and creative spirit. With couples, I aim to foster a friendly and caring environment so sessions feel rewarding and growth-producing. , My work is based on the best research and clinical evidence while also being humanely adapted to your personal needs, preferences, and values. I don\t do "cookie cutter" in life or in therapy. That said, I can offer more structured interventions, education, and resources to explore between sessions when appropriate and desired.
