My treatment comes from cognitive behavioral therapy, though I use DBT and ERP skills in treatment and I am actively working towards a certification in EMDR for the perinatal population. , I use a variety of therapeutic tools including CBT, mindfulness, positive psychology, EMDR, DBT, and ERP. I use psycho-ed to help you build insight around healing past wounds, practice healthy self-care practices and use self-compassion. Together we will manage your scary thoughts, regulate your emotions, and utilize your strengths to build confidence. , Establishing a feeling of safety, trust, and empathy and building upon your strengths is an essential party of the treatment process together. I am able to offer virtual sessions as well as in-person treatment.
