About Us

Asking for help is not easy, and finding the right therapist can be even more difficult. I am passionate about helping individuals and families move towards a path of well-being and health. In a safe and caring environment, I work with clients who struggle with a range of issues: anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, separation and loss, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, family conflict and parenting. My work is trauma informed and strengths-based. It is important to me that clients feel heard and valued. , I specialize in helping individuals manage difficult emotions, behaviors and relationships. My approach is eclectic and pulls from evidenced based practices such as DBT, CBT and The Gottman Method. I believe that no matter who you are, finding new patterns for living a meaningful and fulfilling life is within your reach. , I bring a diverse background of experiences to my practice having worked in a variety of settings including public schools, community mental health, and academia. These experiences have convinced me that small changes can lead to big results, and that building a strong therapeutic relationship is key to harnessing deep and lasting growth.
