About Us

" I am a licensed clinical psychologist at Boston Childrens Hospital and an assistant professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School. I have a small private practice for children, adolescents, and young adults. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I treat a range of psychiatric diagnoses including depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, disordered eating, and adjustment concerns. I strive to provide culturally responsive and sensitive care to clients from all backgrounds. ", I use my expertise in evidenced-based therapies to collaborate with patients on a customized treatment plan. Goals include changing patients’ approach to distressing thoughts, introducing relaxation training and mindfulness, and working towards achievable behavior and interpersonal change. We will assess outcomes together to ensure treatment is effective. , I strive to bring warmth, compassion, respect, and humor to my sessions. I want children, teens, and young adults to feel understood, comfortable, and accepted in my office. Together, we can improve your coping skills and insight while you develop your talents and self confidence. I currently see patients through telehealth on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
