Welcome! Clients come for support with a wide variety of concerns. Some have experienced a loss or trauma in their lives, or have had a significant life transition. Other clients are struggling with depression or anxiety, or are having problems in their primary relationships. Many clients have a desire to improve their self awareness, to improve their perspective, or to strengthen their life skills. My work is informed by an eclectic mix of treatment models; psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.
