About Us

Life is complicated - and it can feel overwhelming and stressful at times. We each have our own unique strengths and vulnerabilities. In my over 30 years as a psychotherapist, I have greatly enjoyed helping adults and adolescents build on their strengths, manage their vulnerabilities and make their lives feel less difficult, more satisfying and more meaningful. Psychotherapy can help with feelings of sadness, anxiety, disconnection and self-doubt. Having a place where you feel listened to and understood leads to greater self-awareness, more fulfilling relationships and a more connected and satisfying life. , I also have an interest and expertise in the intersection of physical and mental health in both children and adults, particularly in the area of autoimmune disorders. It is rewarding to heIp clients support their mental health through their physical health in areas such as GI issues/disorders, PANS/PANDAS, Lyme and other chronic health and autoimmune issues , " My style is warm and empathic. I bring a combination of expertise, compassion and humor to my work. My experience includes having been a senior staff social worker at Childrens Hospital, as well as having taught Clinical Practice and Advanced Group Psychotherapy at the Smith College School for Social Work. I am certified in Integrative Mental Health. "
