I enjoy working with adults, couples, and blended families with a wide range of challenges including: identity, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relational dynamics, limit-setting, loss, parenting, and transitions. I strive to provide a warm, safe, collaborative space to help clients explore their feelings and understand the origins of their challenges. As this occurs, new options become available for living a more engaged and satisfying life. , I am guided by a psychodynamic perspective with a contemporary relational orientation. I occasionally also draw upon and integrate a somatic approach in my therapeutic work. I am currently interviewing stepmoms who may be interested in a support group.
