" People are struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress from different sources from jobs to relationships to child care. With 25 years of experience, I have counseled many around womens issues, relationship difficulties, job difficulties, chronic illness, and grief and loss. I work not only with the individual but the family as well when needed. I believe compassion is a key component to therapy as well as incorporating a holistic approach.
