Over the past 15 years, clients have come to me feeling stuck and defeated. Determined to help people live their best lives, I became an expert in managing the mind. My process includes utilizing EMDR to break through unconscious negative beliefs then shifting to CBT, mindfulness based, and coaching concepts to elevate conscious thinking to the level required to access your most desired life. By increasing awareness, taking accountability, and stepping out of conditioning and into worthiness, you will gain back control of your mind and in turn your life. Join me in the process of getting unstuck and reducing emotional suffering , I am known for: Offering an alternative perspective rooted in mindfulness and brain science, quickly building a strong therapeutic alliance where you will be seen as an individual not a label or diagnosis, and providing evidenced based tools to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, subconscious beliefs and behavioral patterns. , I believe in whole human, whole story, whole life experience.
