About Us

An ideal client does not exist. Anyone who chooses to make the commitment to start therapy deserves a lot of credit. Therapy should be an individualized experience because talking to someone new is scary enough. My approach eases into the therapeutic process by combining the philosophy of "meeting the client where they are", building rapport, while creating an understanding of what you\re hoping therapy looks like. From there, together, we can expand into evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and more, along with interpersonal care. , My experience involves working with individuals, groups, and families in settings such as homeless shelters, youth advocacy centers, and private practice. It allows me the opportunity to see clients of all different ages, races, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status. , If I could say one thing that my experience has taught me most it is the importance of being trauma informed. Life can create some complex situations, where it is important to be mindful of the nature of what is going on in an impartial way to give you the agency to find ways of how to heal.
