From managing the anxiety of daily stressors to dealing with a significant loss, transition and/or managing past traumas. Through a collaborative process we will identify the areas of your life causing increased stress or concern and create solutions to manage or resolve the issues until you feel our work together is complete. , With over a decade of experience working with children, youth and families in different capacities my focus is strengths-based, client centered and trauma-informed. Specific models may include motivational interviewing, mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, trauma-focused psychotherapy and dialectal behavior therapy. , I understand the therapeutic process can feel daunting and you may question whether it is right for you at this time. As a parent of a child or teen in need of support it can be additionally challenging. With a career focus on families and children, I am equipped to support you, and if it is not a good fit, I will work to match you with someone who is.
