Navigating lifes challenges can plague self-esteem, impact relationships, derail goals, create confusion, and so much more. The clients I work with are naturally curious about themselves and desire to manage their challenges through meaningful and effective ways. Im also EMDR-trained, which provides me valuable insight into the emotional impact on our bodies and nervous system (currently NOT conducting EMDR at this time). My foundational approach with clients is always rooted in a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective.
