I specialize in working with individuals who are perfectionists, people in high-stress careers, and high achievers. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected to themselves and others. I help my clients get back in touch with their purpose and meaning. With a strengths-based approach and a blend of skill, curiosity, humor, and empathy, I support clients in increasing their confidence, maximizing joy, supporting well being and reducing anxiety. I fully believe therapy can help ease the fear of change and be a catalyst to embrace new possibilities. , I see the good in all my clients, and I want to help you recognize and embrace your own strengths too! I work with motivated adults who are ready to make big, exciting changes. My approach is eclectic, drawing from psychodynamic/existential, CBT & positive psychology.
