I seek to help clients experiencing grief, loss, relationship difficulties, and the many emotions associated with the empty nest. With clients, I strive to provide a comfortable environment conducive to the exploration of thoughts, as well as emotional and behavior patterns, with the goal of increasing self-awareness, reflection, insight, and growth. , I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with extensive experience working in public schools, academia, and research. I earned my master’s degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in counseling psychology from Assumption University and a Doctorate in Organizational and Leadership Psychology from William James College.
