I am an experienced child and adolescent clinician who values a collaborative approach in my therapeutic work with young people and their families. I work with individuals to create a comfortable and nurturing environment that fosters growth and resilience. I have experience working in acute mental health services and outpatient settings, particularly with life adjustments, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviors. I utilize a person centered, trauma informed, and skills-based approach to help treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. , The therapeutic journey is an opportunity to recognize your individual strengths, set achievable goals, and develop your skills and resources. I am DBT certified and use my background in the performing arts and expressive arts therapy to encourage clients to explore their creative sides as a form of healing. , I offer individual outpatient therapy weekly, where I will ensure a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses your needs as a client, while respecting your individuality and personal beliefs.
