Anxiety Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Social Thinking are some of the strategies that I use to support my clients. In addition to anxiety, I support people who care for their loved ones during times of illness. I also have experience treating clients diagnosed with ADHD, social interaction problems, eating struggles, and learning differences. , I am a clinical psychologist and an educational psychologist. I have experience working with adults and students, in both clinical and school settings. I received my post doctoral training at an outpatient clinic in the Mass General Hospital, North Shore campus.
