I’m Marley, and I work with adolescents and young adults navigating challenges such as eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, school dynamics, and perinatal concerns. Through my own identity and lived experiences, I am also able to offer support to clients of the Jewish faith, and am highly interested in the intersection of mental health and Judaism. , As a therapist, I aim to provide a warm, empathetic, and strengths-based approach with my clients! I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing into my practice, drawing on extensive training in these approaches, especially for clients with eating disorders. , Starting therapy can be overwhelming at first. It is my goal to create a supportive and safe environment where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered! My values align with anti-oppressive work; I welcome clients of all different identities and body sizes, and am HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned.
