I love working with adolescents and young adults. It is a passion of mine to help each individual cultivate their own strengths and grow into the person he/she/they wants to be. I find working with this age group both rewarding and fascinating because they are in such a period of growth and change. Often times, being this age can feel overwhelming, lonely and like no one understands you. I hope that I can be the person that helps you to realize you are not alone and that developmentally this is a challenging time in life. , I also hope to help to alleviate symptoms that you might be experiencing. I am excited to go on a journey with you and explore what has been holding you back from being the best version of yourself.
