" In my experience as a mental health clinician for student-athletes in the Counseling Center at Harvard, Ive found that true growth comes from stepping out of our comfort zones and diving into the messy yet fruitful journey of self-discovery. Ive learned along the way that understanding why we think, feel, and act the way we do sets the stage to make real changes in our lives. Thats why Im all about helping folks gain that self-insight that we can evaluate together how its functioning in the present, and from there we can collaborate on what is going to change and how that change can come about. ", Whether we\re working on mental health or sport/performance psychology, I do my best to create a collaborative, brave space in which I can utilize a variety of modalities, like tools in a toolbox, to meet the needs of the individual.
