The path to healing starts with a conscious choice to put yourself first, which is often a radical concept for the world and society that we live in. At Mystical Pathways, you will be taking this very step in your journey towards self-healing. I believe that the key to helping my client’s achieve a fully realized version of health is to take a holistic approach that incorporates mind, body, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing. I utilize a blend of trauma informed approaches, CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing to help my clients uncover and achieve their wellness goals. , As a clinician, I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ communities, especially those with intersectional identities inclusive of diverse racial, ethnic, gender, and ability statuses. I am adept at treating traumas from every day micro-aggressions, to major acute traumas. I also specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. , While I specialize in the treatment of queer intersectional communities, I invite and welcome all into my practice. I truly am proud of my ability to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their vulnerabilities, and make strides towards finding the best version of themselves.
