About Us

I am a licensed mental health therapist with 15 years of clinical experience working with adults and teenagers, with advanced training and extensive experience in the areas of anxiety and depressive disorders more broadly, but OCD more specifically as well as having done a great deal of work with the LGBTQ population with a particular focus on supporting trans youth. I incorporate a number of therapeutic interventions including CBT and DBT and enjoy working with individuals who are motivated, engaged and open to the process of cultivating a therapeutic rapport, feeling supported and also challenged. , Within my practice, I endeavor to meet each new client where they are. I approach therapy as a collaboration between myself and the individual, using humor and empathy to build rapport and to ensure that the process is emotionally safe and focused on meeting your particular needs toward improving your emotional health, whatever those may be. , If you feel that this may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out to set up an initial consult.
