While meeting clients where they are, I take a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to increase self-compassion and self-worth. While I utilize a number of therapeutic modalities, I focus on ACT, CBT and trauma informed care, working with my clients on accepting and embracing their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. , I have trained and worked in various hospital and mental health settings, such as Boston Children’s Hospital and Bournewood Hospital in Brookline, MA. At these facilities and others, I treated individuals with psychiatric needs ranging from depressive disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, addiction and psychosis. , I know reaching out for support can be difficult, but know when you do, you are taking the first step to living your desired life.
