I enjoy the process of therapy from helping identify goals and empower you to make critical decisions to manage daily struggles. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so I use an approach that is direct, and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey. I hope to create treatment planning that is attainable and achievable, reviewed and supported by you to meet the challenges you want to overcome and managae. My specialties in training are Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and basic trained in EMDR. View 4 Photos, I specialize in treatment of adolescents and adults. I started working in a school program working with children with anxiety and ADHD. I have worked with children and adolescents managing depression, to anxiety and bullying. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, and play therapy to engage and work with families. , I have worked with many families from In Home therapy to outpatient through the years, it is the success stories that make a difference in their lives that help me learn as a clinician. I would enjoy speaking to or emailing with any family about their current situation and assist with a game plan on what I can provide to help.
