About Us

I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My primary goal when providing therapy is to help patients move as quickly as possible from a place of suffering to a place of joy, enthusiasm, and excitement. This is true for both the children I treat, as well as for the adults. My focus is always on the strengths of the patient, and not on pathology or deficits. In order to help patients create change quickly in their lives I utilize a number of effective treatment modalities. , The treatment interventions that I utilize include Positive Psychology, Mindfulness therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, meditation, and Focusing. I believe that the process of therapy is not just about solving problems, but is about obtaining feelings of joy and excitement about who one is, and where one is going. , In my therapy with children, I treat a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, anger, peer difficulties, and learning disorders. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD and Aspergers. In my therapy with adults, the problems I treat include, anxiety, panic, depression, relationship difficulties, money and financial issues, self-esteem, and ADHD.
