About Us

As a clinician, I seek to develop a strong rapport with my clients to promote a collaborative treatment process. I help my clients learn more about themselves and better identify their emotional and therapeutic needs. I believe the opportunity for my clients to develop a sense of agency, and identify how to take action when faced with difficult situations, is key to self-empowerment and growth. I work with my clients to gather information about themselves and their situations, to learn to reflect on their emotions and behaviors in a nonjudgmental way, and to build their confidence to make positive decisions in their life. , Some of the modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused therapy. While integrating these modalities, I collaborate with my clients to explore thought processes, behaviors and consequence of actions. I work with my clients to develop skills to help meet goals that we set together. , I have a wide range experience working with children, teens, and young adults. I have experience working as a school social worker focusing on supporting teens with complex IEPs in middle and high school. I have worked with various Community Mental Health Programs which has given me a wealth of experience in working with within their homes and community.
