Through our collaborative work together, I empower clients to find their best answers, and teach them the skills they need to thrive in their lives and relationships. My approach is both empathic and solution oriented. My primary focus is to help people improve their lives in the present, even when that means healing from the past. I am skilled in both traditional techniques, such as CBT, and holistic approaches, including mindfulness. This enables me to tailor my approach to meet each person’s needs and goals. , I work with individuals and couples coping with life stressors, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in helping people through losses, difficult transitions, and midlife concerns. I also help people struggling with addictions to alcohol and prescription drugs to live sober, fulfilling lives. And I teach mindfulness and energy awareness for managing stress. , " Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in IT and management. Im familiar with the challenges of the workplace, both professionally and personally.
