I am an individual therapist with over thirty years of experience helping individuals of all ages. My background includes a foundation in nursing practice in acute medical settings, community mental health, and private practice. As a therapist, I believe each person has the ability to heal and my goal is to help you facilitate your own growth through evidenced-based treatment. , I believe in an eclectic approach that incorporates psychodynamic theory, family systems principles, cognitive-behavioral treatment, and Mindfulness practice. Together we will identify areas in your life you wish to heal.
