The modalities that I find most helpful in the healing process are Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). , Choosing to begin therapy and addressing difficult emotions, behaviors, and thinking patterns head on is an act of courage and bravery.
