I work with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan, and offer individual therapy, family therapy and parent/ caregiver consultation. I believe in the innate wisdom and dignity within each of us and use empathy, ritual, playfulness and imagination to support you in honoring your strengths and hurts and moving on from patterns that may no longer serve you or your family. I am passionate about supporting identity development, healing processes, conflict resolution, life transitions, communication and relationship skills building, and creative pursuits. , I draw from my training in Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, family mediation, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Mindfulness and Somatic practices to support individuals and family members in addressing anxiety, depression and emotion regulation, strengthening their relationships, finding balance, and reaching goals. , I am experienced in supporting people with ADHD and ASD as well as those recovering from eating disorders, managing OCD, phobias and tic disorders.
