About Us

" I am a LICSW and I work with older adolescents and adults. I specialize in issues related to anxiety, stress, depression, trauma/PTSD, shame, grief, navigating life transitions as well as family and social/peer relationships. I also offer support and consultation to parents who might need guidance in understanding their childs mental health and developmental needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is integral to effective healing and I do my best to create a safe environment for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, feelings and experiences in support of your therapeutic goals. ", I offer clients a safe and collaborative space to address their concerns and I will respect you and where you are on your healing journey. I offer an eclectic and trauma informed approach to therapy and draw from a psychodynamic foundation. I integrate EMDR, parts work, somatic awareness and I bring curiosity, compassion and authenticity into my work. , I have been a therapist for over 25 years and worked for 15 years as a therapist and supervisor at a community mental health agency.
