About Us

I have been a clinical psychologist since 1982 and served as chief psychologist for a neurological and rehab organization for over 30 years. I have now moved on and am excited to have my own practice, and am accepting new clients. I continue to enjoy meeting people, each of whom has their own unique personality, and have found that the best approach to help my clients is to be a good listener, a "real person", to maintain hope and optimism, and to provide clear ideas on how to help them solve their problems. I want my clients to feel welcome, comfortable and eager to collaborate with me in achieving their goals! , My primary expertise involve helping persons with anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, chronic pain and illness/disability. In addition to a problem-solving therapy approach, I offer psychological testing as well as neuropsychological screening to better understand and help each client I work with. Psychiatric consultation available. , During these COVID-19 times, I am willing to see clients either live, via telephone or secure video link. My office has an air purifier. I have digital copies of informational flyers on many mental health related topics which I will gladly share. On a personal note, I have a long-standing hobby in magic and am happy to share this interest!
