Rather than sitting in an office, my sessions are most often outside with the inclusion of horses, mini donkeys, and mini goats. Engaging while outdoors provides opportunity for experiential growth and engaging in healing while using the sights, sounds, and yes scents of nature to help ground and center during session. Sessions often include working on healing from trauma, managing and decreasing a variety of symptoms like, depression, anxiety, frustration tolerance, relationship conflict, and attentional challenges.
