" I feel honored to work with individuals who are motivated to explore issues, establish goals for change, and take restorative steps toward stress reduction and inner peace. I am a licensed Gestalt psychotherapist who focuses on reintegrating our broken parts, and an ordained Buddhist priest/Zen Teacher (Sensei). I believe returning to ones original self is key to entering lifes many challenges. It is a humbling honor to enter this exploration and journey with clients that enter my practice.
